10 Right Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/30lbs)
1 Rope Climb
10 Left Arm Dumbbell Snatches (50/30lbs)
200m Run

Notes: The dumbbell does not, and most likely shouldn’t touch the ground after each rep. Just put it down to the low hang (right below the knee).

    All snatches done with 24kg (52.8#) kettlebell. All sets unbroken

    Pretty happy with that in terms of shoulder recovery. I could tell the right was weaker because of the muscle fatigue, but I was able to work through it.
