Notes: For the sit-ups, perform them without your feet supported if you can. You have to focus on driving your belly button into the ground to stay connected, instead of arching your back and swinging your shoulders forward to do the sit-up. If you don’t have proficient double-unders either drop the volume (ex: 25-20-15-10-5) or go with 3x the amount with singles.

Important thing is if you can smoke the guy in the lower left today.

Recovery Run: ran to the stop sign and back. Little over a mile
5×5 shoulder press working up to 115. Could have gone higher but the shoulder was getting a little hinky.
Accessory work: 75 situps 60 pushups split into three rounds
Completed as rxed in many, many sets of three.
Scaled to 50-40-30-20-10 double unders, added 5 push ups in between each set plus the sit ups
