2500m Row – Do it at 70% effort


Stretch.  Work on some static stretching or mobility work. 

Notes: Easy day.  Make sure to do the row though. You need to help your body recover.  You can pick running, biking, or some other cardio work instead.

    First day back in a while, needed to sweat, did this WOD that was written on the white board:

    100 double unders
    90 situps
    80 air squats
    70 walking lunges
    60 KB swings
    50 wall balls
    40 BJ’s
    30 push ups
    20 pull ups
    10 burpees
