This workout can be performed with a partner or along. If you do it alone, time your rows and hold the kettlebells for as long as the 250m takes you. If you are doing it with a partner just alternate the movements with them.3 Rounds of:
P1 – Row 250m
P2 – Hold two 24/16kg kettlebells in the ‘rack’ position
Notes: This is a somewhat famous workout from Gym Jones. It is meant to teach proper breathing mechanics. Think, if you have poor shoulder and thoracic mobility, how do you think this workout is going to go for you? Remember; posture, posture, posture!
