Notes: Have fun. Your Power Snatch should be approximately 80-85% of your best snatch. Is it the other way around, or is it equal? Well that means you stink at the bottom position snatch. If this is the case work some Snatch Balances, Drops, or overhead squats into your warm-up on a regular basis.
