3 Handstand Push-ups*After each set of double-unders perform 1 set of the couplet. You should have nine total sets of the couplet for the workout.

Dedik and I got our wallets stolen at the gym yesterday. If you saw anyone between 1-2 yesterday shuffling through lockers let us know.
Sorry to hear that Brian. I just got confirmation from Dan that another individual had their wallet stolen as well. Everyone else, make sure you confirm that you have all of your valuables that you may have had in the locker room yesterday.
