WHITEBOARD – 3 April 2012

Workload:

Double-Unders: 20-25-30-35-40-35-30-25-20

Couplet:
5 Goblet Squats (100/70lb dumbbell)
3 Handstand Push-ups

*After each set of double-unders perform 1 set of the couplet. You should have nine total sets of the couplet for the workout.

Notes: Take notice how you do the double-unders. Kstarr posted a great video on movement awareness in regards to double-unders the other day. Take a look at the video here.

    Dedik and I got our wallets stolen at the gym yesterday. If you saw anyone between 1-2 yesterday shuffling through lockers let us know.

  2. Sorry to hear that Brian. I just got confirmation from Dan that another individual had their wallet stolen as well. Everyone else, make sure you confirm that you have all of your valuables that you may have had in the locker room yesterday.

    If you haven’t done so already lock up your stuff when you come in or leave the valuables at the office/home.

    Sorry everyone. If you did have anything stolen contact Tom, as he has already been in contact with the local police and would most likely need your information.
