7minute AMRAP single, double, triple
Ring Dips
Standing Press – 70#
Push Ups
Pick any rep for ring dips
Standing Press is double the reps of the ring dips
Pushups is triple the reps the standing press.
I screwed up and did single,double,double. 2,4,8
96 reps. Kemm killed me and did it correctly. 124?
Arms were fried.
So we then had a muscle up competition.
Started with Singles MU until first the person fails.
We got to about 10 rounds and no one failed.
So we switched to 2 for a few rounds. No one failed.
Then we switched to three and no one failed.
So we switched to max set.
Kemm got an unbelievable 5.
I got none. Failed at first.
However, I sensed he was a little worried…and I think I tired him out. Mission accomplished.

What I thought was an easy 5k that turned into a painful 5k with a horrible time.
