Notes: Two days in a row of a squatting mechanic, so make sure to hit your mobility hot spots pre & post workout for this one. Try not to “Bottom” out the squat by letting the low back flex and the knees cave in. If you see this happening take a look at the feet and look for the duck feet – Toes pointing about 45 degrees and no arch in the foot. Not a pretty thing to do 150 times.
