Mobility WOD of your choice

Notes: Pull-ups are kipping and the ten rounds are to be performed at peak intensity. It is the only thing you have for the day. For those that did some “cindy” yesterday hit the 500m row at full intensity and then get the 10 rounds in tomorrow or friday.

    First warning, is when you need to scroll down several times to read your workout. Second warning, you have to have a song to remember it. Third warning, the workout is named after a happy holiday.
