NOTES: Tomorrow is our Olympic lifting club!  Be there or be square (6-8).  For the kipping pull-ups remember to try and keep your midline integrity and don’t “break” in the back.  You should not have excessive soreness in your bicep after kipping pull-ups and you shouldn’t look like this girl:
