WHITEBOARD – 30 June 2011

WORKLOAD:

Max Handstand Hold

Rest a couple of minutes and then perform:

30 minute gymnastic skill day

Notes: Perform one max handstand hold for measurement.  Make sure you come out of the hold before you reached absolute failure.  Can’t roll out of a hold, work it in the skill session of the day!

Set the clock to at least 30 minutes and work a skill and drill from the gymnastic wod or Drill and Skills.com

Have fun, and don’t do any handstand holds on kettlebells (::cough cough::)…

Post up what you worked on, and take video if you want the community to support the effort.

  • John Donne – Meditation 17

No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend's or of thine own were. Any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee...
