- 15 yard Prowler Push (Tall Bars)
- 15 yard Prowler Drag (Low bars)
- 60s Rest
*Rest 3 Minutes after completing 6 rounds and repeat for additional 6 rounds.

Notes: There are 12 working rounds in total. Make sure to use the tall bars for the push and the low t-handle for the drag (pulling the prowler back). Lunch crew can perform this in partners. Have each partner perform 1 round right after each other and rest 30s after both complete 1 round.
Have fun, and while you are suffering through the workout have New Hope’s own Chris Rock in your thoughts as he is getting married this weekend – as you will be subjecting yourself to a couple minutes of pain, he will be signing up for a lifetime of pain.
