Workload:
On the Minute for 10 Minutes perform:
- 2 Power Cleans (75% bodyweight)
- Max Burpees
Notes: The goal of the workout is to complete as many burpees as you can in the ten minutes. On the minute for the whole ten minutes perform 2 Power Cleans. Once the cleans are done you can perform your burpees for the remainder of that minute.
Post total number of burpees & any questions. If you are not proficient with the power clean you can sub out 6 HEAVY Kettlebell Swings.

I had the same stress, but released it a different way.
actually 104 burpees relieved more, they did not however, change his douchebag status.

Good news! I am officially cleared to run, jump, do burpees, bench press, box jump, snatch, clean and jerk, and any other crazy exercise Dana can think up.
That also includes swimming…….8)
