4:00-5:30 Team Competition
6:00-Whenever – Paleo Potluck
Daycare will be available for the team competition 4:00-6:00 but not for the rowing demonstration. For the Potluck dinner directions will be available at the gym, but if you are missing the team competition but coming for dinner, send me an email for the directions.

I was thinking of making chili for tomorrow. If I put beans in it, will anybody eat it? I’m perfectly happy to omit them, but I personally prefer them. And Dana, please don’t make it Murph!
I plan on eating a little bit of everything. Or a lot of everything. We’ll see what the WOD is.
