WHITEBOARD – 28 January 2011

Workload:

10 Rounds of:

  • 5 Sandbag Hang Power Clean
  • 5 Sandbag Front Squat
  • *Rest 2 Minutes

Notes: 2 goals of the workout: try not to place the bag on the ground & move the weight up each round.  If you reach a weight where you can not complete a round without putting the bag down, back down the weight for remaining rounds.  You can use the handles for the clean and squat.

    damn, that canvas is hard on the skin.

    All ten sets done without putting the bag down. It got really challenging really quick.

    All 10 fingers are swollen as well.
