Thank you!

“No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. If a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friend’s or of thine own were. Any man’s death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee…”

Devotions upon Emergent Occasions

I wanted to write a big THANK YOU to everyone in my life. I have been lucky enough to have some great people surround me.

What has spurred this appreciatory post? Well, this weekend I ate a grass-fed chuck roast given to me by my sister, an egg frittata which had fresh arugula given to me by Dara, a fire-breathing client of mine, and to top it off I was sipping some delicious coffee that my father gave me this morning (Terroircoffee.com). All in all I think I was pretty well fed by some incredible people.

Being fat and happy got me thinking about how much everyone has supported me and provided positive reinforcement. Not only has my family provided the support and encouragement I needed, they didn’t even stare at me like I had a third eye when I stopped eating Gluten (well… that may be a lie).

To anyone I have trained, you have been great. Any small change I have affected in you has been returned 10 times over with your appreciation and support. I hold my profession with great respect and wish to only provide integrity to the institution, and with clients like you, you make it easy.

It just reaffirms that my journey is not one of solitude.

Big ups to everyone, and keep killing all the work I throw at you.
