Warm-up:
A1. Turkish Get-up 3×2 reps each side
A2. Kettlebell Swings: 3 sets of 12
Strength:
C1. Front Squat: Work up to an easy 3rm (with a 2s pause at the bottom of the 1st rep – 3-4 reps left in reserve)
Deload 15% and hit for 4-5 sets of 3 (Pause on 1st rep of all sets)
Workout:

25 Double-Unders
100m Sandbag carry (~50% BW & Back rack)
15 Back Extensions (BW)
