A2. KB Halo – 5 Rotations each way
Strength:
C1. Hang Cleans: Work up to a 3 rep max (~5-15lbs heavier than last week), deload 10% and hit for 3 more sets of 3. You should have 1 reps left in the tank and form & tempo should be very good.
Workout:
Complete 5 rounds of:
25m Sled Push
20 Wallballs
5 Overhead Med Ball Throw
Cooldown:
Supine Trap Stretch: 120s Hold
Try to round your spine a bit more than the girl in the demonstration. This shouldn’t crush your neck. If so, get some blocks or keep your knees more elevated to keep the pressure more on the upper back. Try to relax your breathing and make it rhythmic
