Workload:

Dead-hang Hold (Pull-up Grip): 4 Sets of 60s or max holds

*If going to max drop off 3-4 seconds early thus not going to a true failure point

Then:

5 Minute AMRAP:
30 Double-Unders
10 Kipping Pull-ups
10 Burpees

Notes: For the AMRAP I would recommend making sure your ankle ROM is good after the runs yesterday. Hit some calf tissue work and banded ankle openers in your warm-up.
