WHITEBOARD – 17 March 2015

Workload: 

On the minute for 15 Minutes 1 Snatch perform: 
Reps 1-5: 70%
Reps 6-10: 75%
Reps 11-15: 80%

Then:

7 Minute AMRAP
10 DB Death March
5 DB Power Cleans
5 Push-ups holding Dumbbells

*Use DBs weighing 15% max power clean

Notes: Set the clock to beep every minute for the 15 reps. Make sure to warm up appropriately before starting your clock. If you don’t have the movement, practice a simpler variation (high hang, high hang muscle, etc) and make sure to hit a weight you KNOW you can control on the minute for 15 minutes.
