A2. 5 sets of 5 Ring Chin-ups (*Weight if easy, if you don’t have ring chin-ups perform Inverted rows)
Three rounds of:
20 Wall-balls (20/14)
12 Kipping Pull-ups
40 KB Swings (55/35 – Chest)
Notes: For inverted rows, pick a position you can control for all 5 sets but challenges you. Feet on the floor with bent knees and the rings higher is the easiest, then straight legs, then straight legs with elevated feet, and finally straight legs with feet elevated above the ring height.
