Workload:
Complex: Snatch (1) + Overhead Squat (1)
*Work up to max for the day in the complex. Deload to 85% and hit for 3 additional sets.
Then:
Complete 100 Wallballs for time:
*At the start of every minute you have to perform 10 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)
Notes: Stay safe with the roads everyone.
Snatch Complex:
worked up to a set of 185. Attempted 200 3 times and failed 3 times. I was really really upset with that but it is what it is.
