Workload:

Complex: Power Snatch (1) + Snatch (1) + Overhead Squat (2)

*Work up to max for the day in the complex. Deload to 85% and hit for 3 additional sets.

Then:

Complete  55 Burpees for time: 
*At the start of every minute you have to perform 10 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)

    No hands no Feet Snatch: Worked up to a clean 225×1. 185×2, 190×2, 205×2
    Snatch High Pull (w/1 second pause pause below knee) 255x3x3
    Back Squat (Pause on 1st rep on all sets – 3s) 330×3, 285x5x2

    Snatch Complex:
    Worked up to 185, made the jump to 195 and lost everything. Left shoulder kept folding after that. Went back to 190 and nothing.
    Deload sets: 155 – 155(f) – 155 (just barely)

    70# KB
    Time: 8:46
    Rep Scheme: 11-7-3-6-5-5-6-5-7
    I don’t know what I was thinking with that 11…
