5 Hand Stand Push-ups
10 Pistols
40 Double Unders

    Day 3 Catalyst workout (tho they are really on day 1 of week 2)
    push press, pause jerk 5+1
    up to 75#. 5# more than last week. fail on one jerk on the 95% deload

    5×5 back squat up to 122#. 2# more than last week

    Will have to do the lunges and jumping squat stuff at home somehow between conference calls.
