    So singles go 150 up to 300?

    complex to 70#. took three tries to make it
    deload to 60#

    then cause I felt like it, `10 min, on the minute of 1 hang snatch, 1 pause overhead squat at 65#

  3. AM Session:
    Power Snatch: Worked up to 232×1. Had to drop and wave back up to hit this. Not a good technique day.

    High Hang High Pull (5) + High Hang Snatch (1) – Worked up to 230. 185,205, 220, 230

    Back Squats (3s Pause on first rep of each set) – Worked up to 355×2, 305x5x2sets
