*Take 75% total load (BW + external load) and do 3 sets of 5.  If 75% is less than your actual BW do BW.  

Then:

A1. 12 Minute AMRAP
200m Run
15 Kettlebell Swings (55/35lbs)
10 KB Clean to Presses (55.35lbs)
