    Not sure if today was good or bad.
    Lost my squat mojo
    started at 120#, fail rep 3 first set
    go to 115#, fail 5th rep, 4th set
    go to 110#, fail 2nd rep, 5th set
    closed out at 95# for 5 reps

    But they were all ass to ankles and my legs are in a world of hurt

    WOD complete. 3 rounds +10 pistols
    20# DB clean and press
