Notes: For the first part elevate your feet approximately 3-4” so you have to pull for longer. Try to see if you can hit 10% more than the double last week.

Clean: successful at 275. I tried 285 three times and it just wouldnt go up. Feet were really wonky. That was kind of deflating as it was nowhere near the number I wanted to hit today.
