A1. Deadlift:

Set 1: 92.5-95% (1 Rep Max) x 2 Reps
Set 2-4: 70% (1 Rep Max) x 3 Reps

*90s Rest inbetween sets of 3


B1. Helen:
400m Run
21 Kettlbell Swings (Full Extension: 55/35lbs)
12 Kipping Pull-ups

Notes:  This is the heaviest double of the cycle.  Work up to 90% for a single when warming up.  If it feels good go for 95% for a double, if not go for 92.5%.  As always, warm up and if it feels sketchy cut it short and hit the deloads (triples).
