A1. Deficit Clean Pull (1)+ Clean (2) – Build to 1 set max, then deload to 85% and hit 3 more sets.
Then:
B1. 3 Rounds of:
30 Wallballs
15 Weighted Sit-Ups (40/25)
10 Dumbbell Hang Clean to Presses
Notes: For the first part elevate your feet approximately 3-4” so you have to pull for longer. Try to see if you can hit the same weight as last Monday’s complex.

A1:
Worked up to 235. 10 lbs heavier than last week. Finally starting to feel comfortable with the longer pull.
Deload: 3 sets at 200
B1:

Cool down 200m run. Need to start adding in the light run to kick up the conditioning for rugby. Only a few short months away.
