105# pause squats
then 1.5mile sandbag carry on the treadmill. um…okay:
1. The bag marked 30# CANNOT be 30#. Or I’ve just turned into my weak alter ego
2. Since when did sandbag carries make me sweat like a pig?
For the entire 1.5miles on the treadmill all I could think is ‘Dan will kill me if I hurt myself on this treadmill’ It was that kind of workout
Definitely not 30lbs. I know two of them are loaded with 45lbs and one may be even heavier.
AM: Front Squats: 225x5x2 sets. Approximately 80% Pause Back Squats on Monday
Muscle Snatch up to 175, failed 185 multiple times. Shoulders did not have it in them today.
Power Snatch: worked up to 235. This is solid since PR is 240.
Gymnastic: Worked on a hollow swing on the rings, and then some transition work for the Muscle-up
