A1. Max Snatch – Build to crisp 1 set max
*Deload to 85% – 3 additional sets at 2
**Goodluck and hopefully you have a PR in you.
Then:
B1. 5 Rounds of:
5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts (90% best load on A1).
1 Rope Climb
*Rest 90-120s between rounds.Then:
C1. Tabata Kettlebell Swings (8 Rounds, 100/70)
Notes: You went for a max hang last week (15APR2014). See if you can hit a couple lbs above, and if you feel good go for lifetime PR.


My type of workout so I thought this would be a great day. Not so much.
A1: up to 80#. not a PR. struggling with OH positioning still. but the good part is the bar feels light until I try to lock out overhead. deload at 70#
B1: done. first time with rope climbs in a long time.
C1: done. interesting how a 70# KB feels so much heavier than a 70# snatch

Snatch:No hands no feet until 225. Then 235, 245, 255, 265 (f)x4
B1. Done with legs
C1. Done with 100 – 80 total swings (10 each interval)
