On the Minute perform:
Minute 1: 5 Front Squats & 3 Thrusters (50% max thruster)
Minute 2: 100m Run + 10 Push-ups
Notes: The back squats are slightly heavier than last week but with sets of 3, it should be fine. If not lower the load.
