*Deload to 85% – 3 sets of 2
Then:
B1.
Kettlebell Swings 5-10-15-20-25-30-35 (Chest: 70/55)
Air Squat to Box Jump: 7 each round (30/24 – STEP DOWN)

For the second part try to catch the box jumps in a 1/4 squat. As always take notice of foot placement and how stable you are through the ankle, knee and hip on the catch. Step DOWN.

PS – Send some good vibes LT’s way. He is competing this weekend at the National Weightlifting Championships in Shrevport, LA. I know he has been looking good when I have seen him!
