Notes:  In the upcoming weeks Wednesday’s will be shifting.  They won’t be difficult but the movement prescription will become more specific.  Take this time to enjoy doing very little.

    Biggest issue was the shoulder so I did some external rotation work with 95% of the work going to Dana. After two weeks my shoulder feels almost normal again.
