Workload: 

A1. Muscle Snatch + Overhead Squat (1+3)
*Build to a crisp max, deload to 3 sets of (1+3)x85%

Then: 

B1. Tabata Row (4 Rounds)
B2. Tabata KB Swings (4 Rounds – FULL EXTENSION 55/35)
B3. Tabata Row (4 Rounds)
B4. Tabata KB Swings (4 Rounds – FULL EXTENSION 55/35)

Notes: Again, this week isn’t meant to be a hard week.  Hit some good reps in A1, and make sure to control the eccentric in the overhead squat.  For the Tabata, do enough work to keep moving but don’t kill yourself.
