Shovel 

Notes: Don’t wreck your back.  Just because it is snow doesn’t mean you start lifting it like an incompetent asshole.  Bend the knees slightly, push the hips back keeping balance in the middle of the feet and shovel that snow.  Work that hang position!

    Snow day in California…what does that mean?
    I can’t get home cause of the snow, my boss can’t get to Cali cause of the snow so nobody knows where I am. Which means I’m going to go lift at Catalyst Athletics.
