    AM:
    Stretching….lots of stretching. Really mashing around the left knee as it was a bit wonky after the past few days.

    PM:
    2500m row: 9:45
    More stretching.

  3. AM: Back Squat at 80% 5 rep working weight. 265x3sx5r

    PM: Power clean to Jerk – Worked up to 290×1. Hit 300 power clean and decided not to jerk it.
    Jerk – 255×1, 300×1, 325(f) – Pretty loud fail.

    Some ab work and stretching to finish
