Workload:

Deadlift: Hit 6 sets of 1 at the 3 rep max you performed on 01AUG2013.

Then:

5 Rounds of:
15 Kettlebell Swings (70/55)
1 Rope Climb
10 Toes-to-bar

Notes: If the deadlifts feel horrible lower the weight until they feel appropriate.  If you feel great today and the reps are flying up go for a PR.
