Workout: 

Dumbbell Bench Press (4 sets of 10) 

Then:

Tabata Intervals (4 at each station): 
Row
Push-up
Sit-up
Double-Unders

*Rest 2 minutes and repeat the entire cycle.

Notes: The dumbbell is in for volume, just hit a good number and don’t use a weight that you will fail at.

    Evan did 420# last year and plans to do 440# this year
    Brian Smith, who did I think 380# last year, just did 515# in a competition in June.

    And we have more women lined up to give me a run for the money!

    sub double unders, round 1 KB swings 55#, round 2 20″ box jump
