Power Snatch: Work up to a max double.  Hit 5 sets of 2 at 85% or above.  This would include all sets working up to and after max.


6 Rounds of:
10 Stiff Legged Deadlifts (Use load of best max double snatch)
8 Bent Over Rows
6 Pull-ups

    Snatches: 155×2
    skipped dropsets because everything was hurting: knees, glutes, neck, lats, wrist.

    1 mile run

    6 rounds:
    only did the deadlifts and bent over rows
