    Power Clean: Hit 245 but broke parallel. 240 was hit solidly. 5 sets at 195 – 205

    400 meter steam run outside with Kram.

    It’s nice to know that my strength hasnt really diminished much with the weight loss.

    Hit 100# My full clean PR is 103#.

    Started the WOD of KB swings, back ext and inverted rows but my lower back is not happy. Time to rest
