Workload:

Deadlift: Build up to a 1 rep at 80% your lifetime max.  Perform 5 sets of 1 at this weight.

Then:

2 Sets of:
45s Row
15s Rest

Then:

3 Rounds of:
9 Kipping Pull-ups
9 Burpees

*Rest 2 Minutes & Repeat

Notes: Remember deadlifting?  If 80% still feels like it is very difficult lower the weight.  You should be hitting clean reps.
