Notes: Have fun.  Work mobility for an upright squat and proper thoracic/shoulder position beforehand.

    missed the post and ended up doing 20min AMRAP of
    200m run
    12 lunges, 1/3BW
    6 lat pull downs

    Frelen. Thought it was 3 rounds and 65# thruster and max pull up, not deadhang.
    At least I did something for 16 minutes
