WHITEBOARD:

Bench Press – Build to a heavy set of 10.  Then 10×85%, 10×75% (Add 5-10lbs from last time)

Then:

5 Rounds of:
10 Goblet Squat (100/70b KB)
15 Push-up

Then:

1000m Row
*90% effort

Notes: Bench for Boobs is early this year (August 17th).  Who is planning for a PR?
