Workload:
Clean – work up to heavy single
Then:
3 sets of (Clean + 2 Front Squats) – 90% one rep max
Then:
10 sets of (Clean + 2 Jerks): On the minute for 10 minutes. Use 80% 1 rep clean.
Notes: Notice it is a Clean, and not a hang clean. Also, with the knowledge that you will be doing Jerks in the second part I would recommend finishing your cleans off with a jerk until it gets too heavy for you.

Missed post but got close:
1RM clean 103# PR
3 sets of 1 clean, 3 front squats at 87#
Then 2 sets of 4 tabata box jumps and 4 tabata push ups
250# clean ( PR )
225# x 3 x 2 FS
200# x10 x 2 Jerks ( missed one jerk round 6 )
