B2. 100 Push-ups.
*Everytime you rest perform 8 Walking Lunges (Bodyweight)
Notes: The Front Squats should be crisp and with good speed. Perform B1 and B2 with minimum rest inbetween both. Have fun.

*At this point I kept feeling like I was going to pass out after the first rep so instead of F. Squats I did Pause B. Squats with 290x4x2.
Had to back out as i feel like death warmed over.
