First day back in a while, needed to sweat, did this WOD that was written on the white board:
100 double unders
90 situps
80 air squats
70 walking lunges
60 KB swings
50 wall balls
40 BJ’s
30 push ups
20 pull ups
10 burpees
row and stretch as rxed. Felt better. Sore all over.
