4 Muscle-Ups

    WOD 115# – double amount of kipping pullups – 5 rds complete

    on the plus side, Fran will look a lot easier now…

    1RM thruster 85# (cause I couldn’t clean the 90# attempt)
    WOD with 45# bar and sub bent over rows for MU

    added 1 max set push ups – 31 (PR)
    5 x 200m intervals
